I have a 07 Honda Civic automatic and I just bought it last week with 131,000 miles. Okay so hear me out, when I am driving at high speeds say 60mph and up it drives like a dream but when I am in lower speeds or trying to accelerate it’s like I push the pedal and it doesn’t want to speed up fast and hesitates a bit, or when I’m just starting the car in the mornings and I’m leaving my neighborhood it will kind of shudder throughout the first few gears until I’m sped up & the rpm’s will fluctuate.
Now if I floor it from take off it will take off fine and has some get up but it’s when I’m slowly trying to accelerate is the issue.
I’m not sure if it’s ever been changed but it is Full from what I can see, could I resolve this issue with a simple drain & fill? I won’t do a flush since I don’t know the history.
No codes or engine light either I’ve had the spark plugs changed Fuel system cleaned/injectors cleaned New air filter Throttle body cleaned
