We checked the DHL (courier service) office in Poland but it was very few.
It takes time to visit there, and we feel sorry about it.
Therefore, we and our technical staff will investigate the pump from the video you provided me.
So, you don’t have to send us the fault pump.
Once we could get the answer for investigation, I will let you know.
